Preserve the wording
An address locates a page but does not explain its evidential role. Our focus is the durable citation. Preserve the exact wording, page identity and date so that another reader can reconstruct the question after the original design has changed.
A citation problem
A list of links can be impossible to audit when no claim is attached to them. Preserve a descriptive title, full address and access date with the specific assertion. Where the document supplies a different publication date, keep that separately. Formatting makes a citation usable; it does not establish that the destination or every claim has been verified.
Make the record durable
Add a title, access date and the point the source supports. Keep the question, the source reference and the remaining limitation together so that a later reader can reconstruct the reasoning.
