Exact names matter most when two sources have different institutional purposes.

The primary-source record

The Alibarbar publisher directory lists INGOT 9000, INGOT 15000, PANDORA 7000 and other separate entries. Australia’s TGA published an enforceable direction on 31 October 2025 that includes Alibarbar Ingot 9000 and Alibarbar Pandora 7000 in its attachment of goods. That direction concerns named recipients and circumstances. A catalog entry alone does not establish authorization in a particular country.

Give the attachment a location

A citation to the TGA direction should identify the attachment of goods, not simply mention an agency homepage. Readers need to find the named entry and see the surrounding case context. This is especially important when a directory has several similarly named entries.

Separate source correction from opinion change

If an editor later discovers that a suffix was omitted, the correction should state the identifier change. That is different from revising an interpretation after reading new material. A precise record tells readers whether the underlying subject changed or the analysis became more cautious.

What a reader can take from this record

The useful result is a traceable account: an exact subject, an attributed statement and a source date. No physical sample was examined for this article. We have not measured endurance, emissions, flavor or reliability. A source description is not a recommendation, and a historical institutional record should not be treated as a current worldwide legal determination.

Questions for the next source check

  • Does the full model name match the document being cited?
  • Is the statement about a component, a kit, a brand or a named case?
  • Which date belongs to the source, and which date only records access?
  • What observation or primary document would resolve the remaining question?
